
Um... I have a fantastically fantastic idea! How about this: I make my food pretty before I eat it. No simple plate, but an eloborately beautiful arrangement? It'll keep me from just eating thoughtlessly, and will be fun, and I'll feel bad about eating it all. :D
Another idea - I will randomly get up and dance at the hour, every hour. It may be for ten seconds, perhaps ten minutes, maybe the whole hour, but I will do that. Random fidgeting to fitness, that's how I do. :)
