So the plan for tomorrow...

I'm thinking of fasting tomorrow, which means losing extra weight while getting in touch with my dad. Always a plus, yes? But my family is probably going to dinner, so it might have to be a half-day fast, which isn't as effective, but my metabolism usually crashes really fast if I don't eat anyway, and I can still pray after dinner. :)
I need to drink more water. That seems to be the solution to everything, doesn't it? Drinking water clears your skin, gives you energy, and helps you lose weight. It's like our lifeblood! Woohoo! Go water!

I'm in a pretty good mood right now. I had a fairly large dinner, but I'm about to head outside my apartment and tackle the stairs a few times. These stairs are BRUTAL. This is a short post, so I'll fill you in on how the exerice went when I get back.
I already posted stats today. This is apparently my new hobby, which is nice, because everything's all written out nicely. :) Apples are apparently negative-calorie foods, did you know? I didn't, but I'm glad, because I love apples. Anyway, I'm off to drink some water and climb some stairs!
